We’re a small but passionate team committed to getting your order to you on time and in perfect condition. While we work hard to avoid any issues, we understand that things can sometimes go wrong.

Non-Delivery:
Due to our limited resources, we can only offer refunds if your order can be proven as not delivered or Damaged. If tracking information or carrier confirmation shows that the item was not successfully delivered, you’ll also be eligible for a full refund. Charge backs can be done at any time during delivery.
